Provide all labor, equipment, vehicles and materials to conduct pre-treatment salting, snow removal and salting/deicing operations for all MPS locations per the details listed in “Appendix B- Facility Schedule and Service Areas”. In general, areas of responsibility are driveways/access roads and parking lots- sidewalks are NOT part of this contract unless noted in Appendix B. • Provide limited snow plowing services only to (2) former school buildings (Jeffrey and Ryerson) that are no longer operational. No pre-treatment is needed at these former schools, and deicing is at the request of MPS only. Snow plowing at these two locations is only to provide emergency access to the buildings (approximately a 10’ wide drive path), as shown in Appendix B – not “curb to curb” clean up or snow removal from parking spaces.
