Specifications include, but are not limited to:Scope A. This contract shall establish snow removal services for the Department of Developmental Services (Client Agency) at various geographic locations located throughout the State of Connecticut. B. It is the intention of the State to contract with multiple contractors located throughout various geographic locations in order to service the needs of each Client Agency location. C. Contractors are not required to submit proposals for every Client Agency location.D.Existing contracts may be honored up to the expiration date. Thereafter, locations shall be incorporated into this contract via a purchase order issued by the Client Agency. E.Contractor(s) shall complete snow removal services within one (1) hour of shift changes. Shift changes will be specified on each Client Agency purchase order(s) and/or Exhibit B, “Price Schedule”. F.Additional services may be required and shall be identified as needed by an authorized Client Agency representative. Authorized Client Agency representatives will be identified on each purchase order for each location. G.Agency shall be responsible for clearing areas (picnic tables, driveways, parked cars, etc) requiring snow removal and sand/salt/de-icing services
