Specifications include, but are not limited to: 2. Contractor shall be responsible for Snowplowing (including sanding, salting , hand shoveling andapplication of ice-melter)3. Contractor shall provide the necessary tools, equipment, and personnel to perform SnowRemoval Services,4. Contractor shall be responsible for the clean and safe condition of snow covered pass ways andwalkways as identified throughout this RFP Document5. Contractor shall be responsible for supplying Sand and Salt mixture, De-Icer, and any/all othermaterials, equipment and personnel necessary to provide contracted services.6. All driveways, parking areas, sidewalks (entire width and length), stairs, doorways including fireexits/spaces, front and back deck, ramps and mailbox areas must be maintained and cleanedfollowing seasonal inclement weather.7. Additional services may be required and shall be identified as needed8. Contractor is responsible for clearing all snow after each snowfall for fireplugs on site.9. All auxiliary fire exits will be pointed out to the Contractor if they are required to remove snowfrom these areas by agency personnel. SnowplowingA. Contractor shall complete all snow removal to all areas by 6:00 a.m.B. The Contractor shall provide necessary tools, equipment, and operator (s) to removesnow from the facility 7 days per week during the winter season.C. All driveways, parking areas, sidewalks (entire width and length), stairs, doorwaysincluding fire exits/spaces, front and back deck, ramps and mailbox areas must bemaintained and cleaned following seasonal inclement weather.D. Contractor shall be responsible for the disposal of snow in a lawful manner.E. Snow removal services must be completed one-half hour prior to shift changes whichshall be identified by the Agency and in Attachment A, B, C and D.F. In the event the storm continues throughout the working day, Contractor must maintainan open travel area during the operation hours of the facility.G. This will be considered as part of the "per storm" pricing structure
