Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. SERVICE LOCATION(S): The Contractor shall service the following facilities (collectively referred to herein as, the “Facilities”, and individually, the “Facility”), located at the following addresses: I. 1895 Ridge Road, North Haven, CT 06473 (New Haven County) II. 33 Hidden Pond, North Haven, CT 06473 (new Haven County) Contact: Joe Zinko (860) 367-6557 2. SERVICES: Contractor shall provide the following Services: I. snow plowing; II. snow blowing; III. hand shoveling; and IV. deicing application(s) of ice melt as follows: a. concrete safe ice melt as solely approved by the Client Agency on all non-asphalt surfaces; and b. sand and salt mixture as solely approved by the Client Agency for asphalt surfaces
