Specifications include, but are not limited to: a. General. The contractor shall be available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to meet themission requirements of the Army National Guard. Primary hours of Operation are Monday through Friday 700am – 500 pm. Initial snow removal will be accomplished by 700 am. The contractor shall coordinate with the facility supervisor for snow removal on Drill Weekends. b. The contractor shall plow and apply sand/salt for each snow event that generates 4 inchesor more in accumulation. During large snow events, the contractor shall remove snow as accumulation reaches 4 inches until the snow event is concluded. c. The contractor shall remove snow and apply salt/sand on sidewalks identified by thefacility supervisor.
