Specifications include, but are not limited to: Contractor shall remove snow and provide sanding and de-icing for TRCC at the college campus (the “Facility”) on an on-call basis. b. TRCC shall contact Contractor prior to a snowfall event to authorize service for that event. c. Contractor shall perform snow removal services only with prior authorization from TRCC. Snow Plowing / Removal a. The Contractor shall provide the necessary tools, equipment, and operator(s) to remove snow from the Facility seven (7) days per week, twenty-four (24) hours per day. b. Contractor shall be responsible for supplying sand mixture, de-icer, and any/all other materials, equipment and personnel necessary to provide contracted services. c. Contractor shall clear snow from the following included, but not limited to, areas: all driving surfaces, entrances, exits, parking lots, sidewalks (entire width and length), fire hydrants, Post Indicator Valves (PIV), emergency phones, and paths cleared to the nearest sidewalk from the cyber café, cafeteria, and C-wing emergency exit.
