• Contact “Call Before You Dig” prior to the start of construction. • Obtain CTDOT Encroachment Permit • Install Sedimentation and Erosion Control measures. • Perform concrete and brick paver sidewalk construction including excavation, compacted base, etc. • Perform related work incidental to project. • Construction activities shall take place during the hours of 7 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday. • Maintenance and protection of traffic shall be coordinated with the Town of Middlebury and CTDOT. • Secure the necessary permits and bonds and maintain required insurance. • Clean-up, disposal of waste and debris, and restoration of work site to original condition and to the satisfaction of the Town of Middlebury, CTDOT and the Engineer.
