Specifications include, but are not limited to: (a) budget development and preparation; (b) all aspects of financial management and reporting; (c) management of grants and other supplemental funding sources; (d) The completion of all required financial reports;(e) oversight of spending in the food service to include monthly profit and loss statements and monthly long reports to D.E.S.E. and reimbursement for free and reduced lunch; (f) oversight of maintenance budget; (g) implementation of audit recommendations for all departments and student activity accounts; (h) assist the superintendent, administration, and school committee in managing the school resources; (i) oversight of all purchasing and contract specifications for all schools; and (j) other services not specifically outlined above but clearly the responsibility of a Business Manager.
