Specifications include, but are not limited to: B.1.1 BrandingThe awarded respondent shall help develop and implement comprehensive digital and social media marketing content with the specific goals including, but not limited to: •Develop an engaging long term brand for the Connecticut Senate Republican Caucus•Improve delivery and quality of the message and priorities•Enhance and broaden the digital and social media footprint to grow followers•Increase engagement•Increase search engine rankingB.1.2 Website DevelopmentThe awarded respondent shall implement a complete overhaul of the Senate Republican Website that incorporates and supports the branding outlined in Section B.1.1., strengthens the on-line presence of the Connecticut Senate Republican Caucus while building on brand awareness.B.1.3 TrainingThe awarded respondent shall develop and implement comprehensive virtual training sessions for up to ten (10)employees that incorporate new media tools and strategies, including, but not limited to:•Execution of Digital and Social Media Marketing Campaigns•Use of newsletters/e-blastsB.1.4 Hourly Consulting Services (Optional)At the request of the CGA, the awarded respondent shall provide hourly consulting services for work outside the scope outlined in B.1.1 through B.1.3 during Normal Business Days and Normal Business Hours. Normal Business Days (NBD) are defined as Monday through Friday, excluding Connecticut State Holidays which are New Year’s Day, Martin Luther King Jr. Day, Lincoln’s Birthday; Washington’s Birthday; Good Friday; Memorial Day; Independence Day; Labor Day; Columbus Day; Veteran’s Day; Thanksgiving Day; and Christmas Day. Normal Business Hours (NBH) are defined between 8 AM to 5 PM Normal Business Days.B.1.5 User Acceptance Testing (UAT)Final User Acceptance Testing (UAT) shall be conducted by the Connecticut Senate Republican Caucus to ensure that all functionality and requirements listed above are met.B.1.6 Work Made for HireWork completed under the awarded contract will be considered a “work made for hire” pursuant to Section 101 of the Copyright Act (title 17 of the U.S. Code) and as such, the CGA shall own the copyright.
