Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Town of North Branford is accepting proposals for Provision of Solid WasteServices as further defined in this Request for Proposal. These services mayinclude management, collection, disposal, transportation, and combination of allacceptable solid wastes, recycling, bulky materi al, semi-annual scrap metal, andannual municipal curbside collection of bagged leaves and Christmas trees fromresidential, municipal and municipal educational premises and properly dischargesuch material. The contractor shall be responsible for providing and assuming allcosts for labor, equipment, materials and all else whatsoever required to effectthe aforementioned service, and shall be in compliance with all Federal, State,and local laws.
