The Contractor shall provide all equipment, labor, materials, supervision and transportation for snow removal service for Cadet Memorial Field at US Coast Guard Academy, 15 Mohegan Ave. New London CT. All work must be done IAW the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS) and Tech. Exhibit. The Request for Quote (RFQ) is for Base Plus Four (04) Option Years as per CLIN 001 through 007 of the addendum attached.
Site visit is highly recommended:
Any bidder interested in completing the project shall perform a site visit to the locations of the project to become familiar with all the existing conditions under which the project will be performed prior to submitting their bid. The POC for site visit is Jason Askew, tel no. (860) 444-8552 (o) or you can email him at Jason.M.Askew@uscg.mil. He is also the POC if you have any questions on PWS.
