Specifications include, but are not limited to: Snow removal services shall be provided on behalf of MARC, Inc. of Manchester.There are two (2) physical locations that are included in the scope of this contract:Site #1: 151 Sheldon Road, Manchester, CT 06042Site #2: 161 Sheldon Road, Manchester, CT 06042Hours of operation for both sites is 7:00 a.m. 4:30 p.m., Monday Friday. Specific area(s) required for snow removal & de-icing servicesi. 151 Sheldon Road1. Plowing of parking lot at 151 Sheldon Road2. Walkways along side of building and entrance, sidewalk connecting the buildings at 151 &161 Sheldon Road3. Snow blowing of 10' wide concrete path in rear of building.4. In front of all doorways5. Patio area near main entrance6. Area near rubbish and recycling dumpstersii. 161 Sheldon Road1. Plowing of 3 parking lots parking lots and connector roads to lots and street.2. Walkways along side of building and entrance3. In front of all doorways and garage door4. Area near rubbish and recycling dumpstersb. Salt / De-Icingi. Salting and De-Icing shall be part of the snow plowing services per storm event.ii. De-Icer shall be non-injurious to concrete and will be required for concrete areas (e.g., stairways,sidewalks, doorways, etc).iii. Additional sanding, salting and/or de-icing requires prior authorization by an authorized representativefor the facility.1. Upon authorization, contractor shall respond to a request for additional salting and/or de-icingwithin two (2) hours
