Specifications include, but are not limited to: Qualified and experienced consignment operators to manage and operate the Groton Senior Center Consignment Store at the Town of Groton Senior Center commencing on or about July 1, 2017. The Consignment Store currently includes the following entities: Jewelry, knit and crochet baby sweaters, hats, booties, ceramics, afghans, quilts, aprons, bibs, wreaths, flower and other decorations. Elements of the Groton Senior Center Consignment Store include, but are not limited to, the following: Creating a customer-centric innovative retail environment. Providing excellent customer service, including minimizing transaction and wait times for in-store, and ensuring efficient processing of all transactions. Creating a dynamic, exciting retail environment. Implementing a comprehensive marketing and promotional strategy that will assist with advancing the consignment store to staff and visitors. Providing exceptional value to customers by offering high quality products and services at fair prices.
