Specifications include, but are not limited to: The awarded respondent shall supply and install all components, specified or not, for a complete and working Identicard Access Control systems (ACS) as outlined in Attachment H – Section 28 00 01 and Attachment I. The awarded respondent shall install the new access control boards at the same location as the existing boards. It is highly recommended that the awarded respondent will build and program the boards at their facility and only perform the install and change over on site. The awarded respondent will be given administrative rights to collect and convert the database into the new format. The awarded respondent should be able to convert each access control board in minutes. During the conversion both access control systems shall remain working.
