Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Intent of this Invitation to Bid is for the Parks & Recreation Department for the City of Bridgeport in partnership with the Town of Fairfield Conservation Department to obtain total cost information to plant a quantity of 42,000 American beach grass culms (Ammophila Breviligulata) and related work, such as protective fencing, as applicable in a location designated by the City and Town at St. Mary’s by the Sea at Ash Creek during the 2022 winter months. All plant material, fertilizer supplements, fencing, labor, equipment, gas and or diesel, specified or implied, necessary to perform this project per the attached scope of work are to be supplied by Contractor unless otherwise specified
