The Contractor shall minimally: • Provide and install camera systems, which includes above ground detection devices. • Provide and install housings, wirings and infrastructure as needed. • Provide onsite or locally based personnel to maintain camera system hardware. • Provide maintenance of the transmission system that transmit information from the camera systems to the Back Office Services. • Provide regularly scheduled maintenance, in addition to normal maintenance and emergency maintenance of the camera systems. • Provide proposed construction plan prior to the installation of camera systems. • Provide as-built drawings after installation to include field modifications. • Warrant and fully maintain all equipment provided throughout the duration of the contract. • Have the ability to provide information about registered owner of the vehicle to allow for the issuance of citations. • Have the ability to provide services that allow for the processing and/or issuance of citations to the registered owner of the vehicle via first class US Postal Service mail. • Provide training for City of New Haven Transportation, Traffic and Parking personnel, City of New Haven hearing officers, and others involved in the use of the system. • Provide computer software or equivalent that will allow the City of New Haven to adjudicate citations and to allow the City to monitor the performance of the system...
