The Operator will be responsible to provide the onsite supervision, organization of the program, providing all of the appropriate equipment, acceptance and processing of registration and payments for all participants, be in regular communication with the Parks and Recreation Boats and Harbors Operation Manager, and all other Specifications in this RFP and within the License Agreement, attached as Exhibit B, during the term(s) of the Contract. The participant fee for each program charged by the Operator, a list of boats that will be utilized by the program including chase boats, and the school/rental rates must be submitted in this proposal and agreed upon with the Town of Greenwich Recreation Division (Parks and Recreation Department). The Operator shall possess all certifications and insurance requirements as reflected in the Insurance Requirement Sheet, and provide a current Acord certificate of insurance form, listing the Town of Greenwich as additional insured.
