Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. The Site is identified in the Bidding Documents. All additional lands and access thereto required for temporary construction facilities, construction equipment, or storage of materials and equipment to be incorporated in the Work are to be obtained and paid for by the Contractor. 2. The Contractor is responsible for the removal and disposal of all materials excavated as a result of The Work. No separate payment will be made for disposal fees. The Owner will not provide Contractor with facilities to dispose of waste materials. 3. The scope of The Work is described in the bidding documents. 4. Contractor shall not be authorized to eliminate or add any work in whole or in part. 5. Upon award of project Contractor shall submit to Owner for approval, schedule of work.
