1. Commence PROJECT, meet with ASSESSOR at TOWN Hall, pick up sales data from last two months, and discuss the PROJECT, goals, timelines/deadlines, etc. no later than January 1, 2026. 2. Complete and deliver to the ASSESSOR proposed neighborhood definitions and values by May 1, 2026. 3. Complete and deliver to the ASSESSOR land study and land value map by May 1, 2026. 4. Complete and deliver to the ASSESSOR preliminary valuation tables periodically as completed in CAMA modeling throughout the project. All final tables must be delivered by October 15, 2026. 5. Complete and deliver to the ASSESSOR all preliminary residential values by July 30, 2026. 6. Complete the field review of all parcels by August 15, 2026 and deliver updated data base to the ASSESSOR. 7. Complete and deliver to the ASSESSOR the building cost tables and building cost manual by September 15, 2026. 8. Complete and deliver to the ASSESSOR all proposed values, for all properties, by October 15, 2026. (Subject to liquidated damages) 9. Complete and submit to the ASSESSOR a preliminary Performance Based Revaluation Testing Standards compliance no later than October 10, 2026. 10. Submit sample “Assessment Change Notices” to the ASSESSOR for review or modification by October 10, 2026. 11. ASSESSOR completes a review of CONTRACTOR work and makes final adjustments for real property no later than November 18, 2026.
