i. Research Plan – Conduct a comprehensive study of current CSCU Education preparation programs, including the description of programs, literature review, best practices in experiential learning, alignment with relevant accreditation standards, and university-specific strengths and resources. ii. Project Plan/Summary– Provide a project description, design principles (what are the Universities are trying to achieve), facilitate and record the selection of partners by each University team, administrative structure, historical enrollment data, growth predictions, and future financial modeling. iii. Policy Development Plan – Research opportunities for fiscal sustainability and assist in policy development. This will include engagement with the Connecticut State Department of Education. iv. Grant Application – Create monthly project reports for project progression, to include details as mutually agreed upon by both parties and approved by CSCU. These documents will serve as the outline for the year 2 grant proposal to be submitted in March 2026. The successful proposer will assist in preparing this proposal.
