The Awarded Contractor shall furnish, at their expense, all labor, vehicles, equipment, tools, fuel, facilities, fees, and any other items necessary to perform the services specified in this RFP. Per the Town’s ordinance, the tipping fee is $119.00/ton. All fees (including tipping fees) shall be included in the fixed price per location on the Reply Sheets. Respondent shall provide the method used to calculate the tipping fees for each location. Respondent may submit an alternative, or better, approach to track and weigh the tonnage per location. Respondent shall include the alternative method for calculating the price per location/route. If available, Respondent may provide GPS tracking devices on the trucks and submit GPS reports to the Town. The Town (DPW) shall provide specific routes; Awarded Contractor shall guarantee exclusivity for pickups on those routes. Proposed services shall follow a route and schedule provided by the Town, any changes must be approved by the Town.
