Cummins Engine Inspection, including dyno and engine fine tuning. Allison rebuilt transmission and installation prior to engine dyno and fine tuning. Front and Rear suspension Inspection. Full suspension replacement front and rear. Steering system replacement to include all tie rods and linkages. Chassis Saver Program to include removing the box and cab, needle gun entire frame, Seal the entire frame with Por 15 or better. Then spray and coat entire frame with NH oil. Black out package, Paint all diamond plate, front and rear bumper, top walkway, top cabinets, cab steps with black raptor bedliner or equivalent. Black out package, Paint remaining chrome to black- to include light bezels, door handles, grab handles. Grill, Q siren. Dismantle cab and body. Remove all breastplate overlays, lighting, fenderettes, roll up doors, sills, sidetracks, headers. Grind sand and fill body. Sand and prime. Sand primer and prep for paint. Paint base coats and clear coat on cab, body , doors, and wheels (Minimum 2 Coats of Paint, 2 Coats of Clear)...
