1. Install erosion and sedimentation control structures and devices (turbidity curtains are required around the in-water work area)) 2. Protect trees, features to remain, and relocate existing structures as directed. 3. Install cofferdam and remove existing ramp, pier, piles, regulatory signs, trees, and fencing as needed. 4. Construct new boat ramp, concrete piers and concrete-filled steel battered pipe piles, trench drain, two steel piles with HDPE sleeves to secure docks, and interlocking concrete blocks. 5. Install (2) floating docks and associated fixtures. 6. Regrade site 7. Install modular concrete block retaining wall and drain along southern side of access road. 8. Install process gravel parking surface and underground utilities. 9. Install pavement throughout access road and install precast concrete bollards. 10. Install concrete sidewalks. 11. Install vault toilet building. 12. Install solar light pole, pavement markings, and signage. 13. Topsoil, seed, and mulch all disturbed areas.
