• Furnish and install a complete EPDM membrane roof system (Carlisle or equal) • 60 mil fully adhered membrane, mechanically fastened perimeter as required • Tapered polyisocyanurate insulation (minimum 1/4" per foot slope) o Cover board: high-density polyiso or gypsum-based board • Vapor barrier and substrate prep • Flashing at curbs, penetrations, parapets, columns, and wall intersections • Sheet metal work: o Coping, fascia, gravel stop, downspouts, trim, and expansion flashings o Scuppers, boots, and terminations • Furnish and install fall protection anchors where shown or required • Temporary weather protection and dry-in as steel deck is phased • Full system warranty: 20-year NDL from membrane manufacturer
