1. Strip Roof: remove existing 1 layer of roof down to the wood deck for the entire building. 2. If needed, remove additional layer(s) of roof, please provide cost per Sq Ft, per layer. 3. If needed, replace any damaged sheathing, please provide cost for ½” and ¼” for 4’x8’ sheets 4. Apply ice and water barrier at eaves, valleys, around skylights and pitch changes (6ft from eaves). 5. Apply deck seam tape to all plywood seams. 6. Apply new aluminum edging to compete perimeter of roof area: color; white 7. Apply synthetic underlayment. 8. Apply new aluminum Neoprene vent pipe boots to all vent pipes 9. Apply new roofing shingles with 6 nails per CT State Code, (color tbd). 10. Apply Ridgevent along all ridges; 4 ft. baffles 11. Apply capping shingles along all ridges/hips ; Shadow Ridge Color match.
