County of Los Angeles, Department of Coroner is releasing this Request for Statement of Qualifications (RFSQ) to solicit proposals from interested and qualified Proposer's with the intent to enter into Master Agreements with organizations that can provide Histology Services. Proposer's that are determined to be qualified by the Department will form a pool of eligible Contractors that may provide histology services on an as-needed basis. The Department of Coroner desires to secure services from qualified, professional laboratories that are compliant with the Federal Clinical Laboratory Improvement Act (CLIA).
