Specifications include, but are not limited to: Contractor shall supply and deliver Recording Studio Equipment. A full listing of recording studio equipment required is listed in Exhibit B Price Schedule. Installation of items is not included or required. Items shall be delivered to the Department of Rehabilitation Services, Bureau of Educational Services for the Blind, 184 Windsor Avenue, Windsor, CT 06095 free on board (FOB) destination. A list of all recording studio equipment required is listed in Exhibit B Price Schedule, attached and incorporated herein. The equipment furnished under the terms of the contract shall be of quality workmanship and material. The Contractor shall represent that all equipment offered be new and shall not be refurbished and/or used in any manner. Contractor shall also provide at no additional cost the following descriptive literature: a. The Contractor shall provide, at no additional cost, technical and descriptive literature covering products provided. b. The Contractor shall provide a complete instruction manual detailing installation, operation and maintenance of product. c. Literature provided shall include a written warranty of the product. Returns: a. Products received with quality issues shall be picked up by the Contractor at no additional cost to the Client Agency within five (5) working days once notified by the Client Agency. b. If the Contractor can not replace the item, a full refund shall be made to the Client Agency within ten business days.
