Hardware & Components • Reconnection of electronic operators • Posi-tension drums where jackshaft operators are in use • New back hanging for all doors 3. Removal & Disposal • Removal of existing overhead doors and associated hardware (left on site for Town use) 4. Installation Requirements • All work shall comply with applicable building codes and manufacturer specifications. • Contractor shall provide all required permits, inspections, and documentation for code compliance. • Contractor shall verify all field measurements prior to ordering materials. • All equipment and materials shall be installed to ensure smooth, safe, and reliable operation. • Contractor shall verify proper operation of the complete system upon completion. • All work must be completed by May 1, 2026. 5. Warranty • Contractor shall provide standard manufacturer warranties on all materials. • Contractor shall provide a minimum one-year warranty on labor.
