a. The Property located at 55 Farmington Avenue Hartford, CT is a 12-story office building and four level below grade parking complex with approximately 305 parking spaces located on approximately 1.3 acres in Hartford, CT. The gross square footage of office space is approximately 287,000 square feet with approximately 223,000 square feet of usable space. b. The Property located at 50 Farmington Avenue Hartford; CT is a parking garage which has 1 tier above grade level and 5 subsurface parking levels below with approximately 547 parking spaces. c. The Property located at Flower Street Hartford; CT is a 56-vehicle parking lot for tenant parking. d. The Property located 92 Farmington Avenue Hartford; CT is an office building residing on 0.41 acres and used for file storage. The building consists of 6 floors, a basement level and a vehicular ramp leading directly to the basement level for shipping and receiving. The gross square footage of office and file storage space is approximately 103,000 square feet with approximately 85,000 square feet of office space. e. The Property located at 11 Shuttle Road is the office of the Chief Medical Examiner. The facility is approximately 30,000 square feet consisting of laboratory, general use office space and an autopsy suite with two 2 body coolers, an x-ray development room, staff locker rooms and an interior garage with loading dock. The property has its own central utility plant and is operated 24 hours per day, 7 day per week. f. During the Term of the Contract, DAS may require additional Property Management Services for Properties that are not identified above. Such Services may be required due to the acquisition of newly conveyed Properties and/or Properties that DAS has determined to be in the State’s best interest to incorporate into the portfolio of Properties identified above.
