This RFP is seeking responses from qualified Property Management firms that can provide continuous and uninterrupted Property Management services (The Services) for the Connecticut Department of Emergency Services and Public Protection (DESPP) (Client Agency) for the locations identified below. a. The 278 Colony Street, Meriden, Connecticut Property is a Forensic Laboratory occupied by the Client Agency’s Division of Scientific Services (DCC). The facility on the Property is approximately 62,775 square feet and contains laboratories, general office space and teaching classrooms. b. The 294 Colony Street, Meriden, Connecticut Property is occupied by the Client Agency. The Property consists of several buildings made up of offices, storage areas, a small gymnasium and bathrooms. c. The 1111 Country Club Road, Middletown, Connecticut Property is occupied by the Client Agency and consists of 1 building with approximately 108,000 gross sq. footage, with parking and grounds. d. The 149 Prospect Street (Troop G) Bridgeport, Connecticut Property is occupied by the Client Agency and consists of 1 building with approximately 22,000 gross square footage and includes the Interstate 95 West Haven Toll Booth located at 289 Highland Street West Haven and consists of a building with approximately 4,600 gross sq. footage, with parking and grounds. e. During the Term of the Contract, the Client Agency may require additional Property Management Services for Properties that are not identified above. Such Services may be required due to the acquisition of newly conveyed Properties and/or Properties that DAS has determined to be in the State’s best interest to incorporate into the portfolio of Properties identified above.
