The PCM will direct a repair program in close coordination with the Town and property owners for homes that may have experienced distress or water intrusion resulting from work performed during the Newhall Remediation Project or due to underlying soil issues. Construction activities will be conducted in phases, with each phase likely including 10-15 homes, organized by a rank-order system based on property assessments provided by the Town. The construction scope of work will vary from home to home and may include: • Foundation waterproofing and crack repair • Structural reinforcement • Wall and floor leveling • Drainage improvements • Repair of settlement-related damage to interior finishes • Reconstruction of settled exterior elements (decks, porches, etc.) • Other related structural repairs as identified in property assessments
