Specifications include, but are not limited to: Borough of Danielson requests proposals fromDescription qualified firms or individuals for professional and technical services required to prepare aSmall Cities Community Development Program Application and provide administrativeand technical support to implement activities, if approved. The selected contractor willassist the Borough in determining the best project for submission. The selected contractorwill be responsible for all phases of general program administration and compliance,under the Borough's direct supervision for approved projects, excluding fundsdisbursement, which will include such specific project administrative activities as Section3, Fair Housing and Equal Opportunity, Davis-Bacon compliance, etc. Any Pre-Application development and submissions and Citizen Participation activities necessaryfor specific Application submissions must be included in the proposal. Specificarchitectural and engineering services required for possible activities are not beingrequested as part of this proposal.
