Specifications include, but are not limited to: • Print letters in black and white on white 20# bond paper • Merge variable data and notices when provided by the Exchange • NCOA co-mingle letters to achieve best presorted first-class postage rates • Process PDFs and add Optical mark recognition (OMR) marks for automation • Print standard #10 window or regular envelopes and #9 business reply envelopes in black. • Use the Exchange presorted first class indicia • Fold, insert notices and #9 business reply envelope into #10 window envelopes and seal • Prepare documentation and trays for pick-up by Pitney Bowes to co-mingle letters at the negotiated State of Connecticut first class presorted postage rate. • Maintain the Exchange post office box and business reply mail (BRM) account o Pick up mail weekly and deliver to the Exchange • Maintain password protected on-line catalog • Print and store suitable inventory of envelopes, applications, and voter registration forms • Daily fulfillment and mailing of various forms within two (2) business days of receipt of order • Ability to inkjet envelops with addresses • Print and mail Form 1095-A to AHCT customers annually
