Specifications include, but are not limited to: Contractor shall be required to supply, deliver and service all portable toilets throughout the Town of Stratford. Service shall include stocking of each unit with sufficient toilet paper, hand sanitizer, sanitary chemicals , winter antifreeze, including waste disposal and proper cleaning of the unit itself. Delivery of units, supplies, chemicals and service maintenance shall be included in the rental price where requested per day, week, month and occurrence. No additional fees will be accepted. Approximately eight (8) units will be required year -round while approximately (17) units will be required on a seasonal basis. Additional units will be required upon request for special events scheduled throughout the year, such as, but not limited to, Independence Day firework display, Blues on the Beach musical festival, including other annual events. In the event that ADA compliant handicapped accessible toilets are required, these will be ordered per an as-needed basis. Individual departments (i.e. Public Works, Parks and Recreation) will be responsible for scheduling quantity and type of units required for fields, parks, schools and special events with the Contractor. Under normal circumstances, the Town of Stratford will notify the Contractor with three (3) days advance notice to deliver one (1) or multiple units to a location(s). Delivery in emergency situations may be required within four (4) hours. The Contractor shall comply with all State, Federal and Local Health laws and regulations relating to installation and service. Contractors supplying equipment must hold the Town of Stratford harmless in the event of fire, theft or vandalism.
