1.0 It is the intent of the Town of East Hampton to purchase drainage pipelining services for Town owned drainage pipes on Main Street. There are two separate sections of pipe to be lined. Each section is listed as a lump sum line item on the bid form. 1.1 Section 1 consists of two or (twin) twenty-four-inch corrugated metal pipes with a combined length of five hundred and forty-two linier feet located between three separate drainage structures with access to grade. Section 1 also consists of twelve service lateral connections that are required to be reestablished and included in the lump sum price for the line-item Section 1. 1.2 Section 2 consists of a single 15” corrugated metal pipe with a length of 197 linier feet located between two catch basins. 2.0 The work for both section 1 and section 2 • Shall include all labor, materials, and equipment necessary for the installation of the cured in place pipe liners. • Shall include all labor, materials, and equipment necessary for CCTV inspection of the existing pipe structures for the contractors own use in determining means and methods of construction as well as any other means of investigation to determine the pipes suitability. • Shall include the use high-pressure hydro jetting to clean and sweep downstream any debris and/or clean clogged pipes and cut and descale blockages as discovered and necessary. Work for section 1 • Shall also include all labor materials and equipment necessary for the re-establishment of service lateral connections. As well as CCTV inspection of the lateral reinstatements.
