From this solicitation, the District’s Ad-Hoc Building Committee will establish a consultant for architectural design and construction management projects, including school construction. This category is further defined below. Architectural design projects will include design and/or construction administration related to the school roof and solar photovoltaic panel design and installation. The Project Architect Consultant/Firm will be asked to perform tasks such as cost estimating, value engineering, design concept reporting, site master plan preparation, utility coordination, full color renderings and graphics to assist in project visualization, and public outreach. The selection process will be tailored to firms who have expertise in commercial roofing, solar photovoltaic solar panel design and installation, and the DAS OSCG&R process for reimbursement and closeout.
