The artworks are expected to last in a decent, visually appealing condition while displayed in Town Hall. The contracted artist(s) will be held responsible for the correction or repair of any deterioration or adverse conditions attributed to the materials or technique used to produce the materials within a year of acquisition date Completed artwork(s) must be ready to display in Town Hall no later than March 2023.
