Charter Oak State College is seeking proposals from qualified instructional design and platform development firms to assist in a two-part initiative aimed at expanding our online presence and enhancing student support services. This is a multi-award Request for Proposals (RFP), and firms may submit bids for one or both of the projects outlined below. Project 1: Open EdX Platform & AI Course Development The objective of this project is to establish a new, fully functional instance on the Open EdX platform and populate it with five inaugural non-credit courses focused on artificial intelligence. The selected firm will manage the technical setup of the platform and the instructional design and multimedia development for the course content, which will be provided by a subject matter expert.
