1. UConn Health expects the awarded Contractor to be fully capable to provide the emergency repair or replacement of fan shafts, motor shafts, and large motors at all times during the Contract term. The Contractor will be expected to have, under its direct employment and supervision, the necessary personnel, organization and facilities to properly fulfill all the services and conditions required by this RFP and the financial ability to provide any required materials, equipment and labor to perform the required Services. . 2. Contractor must provide a 24/7/365 emergency telephone number at which qualified staff can be reached in case of emergency, Emergency telephone calls may not be forwarded to an answering machine. Contractor shall agree to a response time of two (2) hours for emergency calls from UConn Health. Non-Emergency response time shall be forty-eight (48) hours from routine calls. . 3. UCH regular business hours are 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday through Friday. Describe your company's ability to provide services during these hours, including your regular, overtime and holiday time business hours.
