• Cast Iron Section Boilers: • Disconnect burners to access the fire chamber, vacuum and brush clean between all sections, and inspect flue breaching. • Reconnect burners, perform tuning, and provide combustion analysis printout in a plastic sleeve on boiler front. • This task shall be priced separately for each school with cast iron boilers. • Condensing Boilers: • Perform cleaning and inspection per manufacturer's specifications and procedures (Lochinvar, AERCO, etc.). • Labor Rates: • Provide hourly labor rates for straight time and overtime outside PM/tuning scope. • Inspections: • Facilities Manager must inspect fire chambers and condensing units prior to reassembly. • Subcontractor Markup: • State percentage markup on subcontracted work.
