The Town of Suffield, Connecticut is seeking a qualified firm to provide Planning and Advisory Services for the planning, development and implementation for upgrades to the Suffield Middle School and Firehouse #1 The firm will work under the direction of and provide guidance and support services as needed to the Public Works Director and The Permanent Building Commission (the “Commission”) that consists of 8 members from our community. The selected consultant will work closely with town officials, stakeholders, and the community to ensure a successful project. The desire is to select a firm that has extensive experience with Connecticut public K-12 school construction and modernization, as well as Municipal Buildings with specific expertise in evaluating new versus renovation options.
