Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. FIVE (5) Security Guards from 8:00PM on 5/29/10 through 8:00AM on 5/30/10 –FIVE TWELVE HOUR SHIFTS * 2. THREE (3) Security Guards from 10:00PM on 5/29/10 through 8:00AM on 5/30/10 - THREE TEN HOUR SHIFTS The intent of this RFQ is to secure the services of a licensed unarmed uniform professional security service to provide all labor, supervision, supplies, equipment and uniforms necessary to provide security at various outside locations during overnight hours at the Hometown Holidays Festival in Rockville, MD. Hometown Holidays is the City of Rockville’s largest annual event. The three-day outdoor event attracts over 50,000 to Rockville’s Town Center. Activities include a main stage for concerts and multiple tented areas of exhibit space.
