The City of West Haven is seeking sealed bids from qualified contractors to provide on-call property maintenance services on an as-needed basis. Multiple contractors may be selected under this solicitation. The selected contractors shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to perform the following services: Landscaping maintenance, including but not limited to pulling weeds, trimming, and light debris removal. Removal and proper disposal of bulk items during evictions or property cleanouts. General cleanup and organization of interior and exterior spaces. Transportation and relocation of items as directed by the City of West Haven. Miscellaneous odd jobs and property maintenance tasks as assigned. Contractor must respond within 2 hours premium Contractor must respond within 1 hour during normal business hours
