• Initial Survey of Existing Site. • 20% Plans for review by the Owner and the Norton Park Committee • A Ready for Construction (RFC) Plan Set o Adequate dimensions, elevations, and details to construct the provided preliminary designs. o A grading plan o An Erosion and Sediment Control plan o RFC plan set shall include elevations for Flood Management Certification with DEEP • RFC Technical Specifications including RFP/Bid Contract Language that meets local law, state law, federal law. • An Engineer’s estimate of construction cost for RFC Plans • Application Assistance with all certifications and permits required by local state and federal law to construct the park. This does not include the contractor’s own at-risk permits with the DOT or the Town of Colchester. • RFI administration, proposal review, and contractor selection during the Bid Process • Construction administration, submittals, RFI’s, inspection and progress billing input. Final Survey and As-Built plan generation.
