Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Ongoing FTTP program management support for City of New Haven staff; 2. Provide the City with essential information and data to set its goals and objectives to facilitate the deployment of an FTTP Network in New Haven with a focus on New Haven Public School accessibility; 3. Develop an inventory and assessment of City assets and infrastructure required to support the deployment of an FTTP Network, including an assessment of existing dark fiber infrastructure; 4. Evaluate the current market basis for a community broadband FTTP network in New Haven through a Strengths/Weaknesses/Opportunities/Threats (SWOT) analysis looking at the existing marketplace, cost drivers, likelihood of actual community use of the service, and related factors; 5. Evaluate the impacts a FTTP Network will have on City rights-of-way, conduits, streetlight poles, and real property, including an assessment of available “municipal gain” on utility pole infrastructure; 6. Define and evaluate FTTP Network requirements based on community broadband models in other jurisdictions; 7. Conduct a series of stakeholder and community conversations to advance the project;
