1. The Contractor shall provide: a. Installation and maintenance Services at the fixed labor rates set forth in Exhibit B, Price Schedule. b. Deliverables at discount percentage off catalog baseline pricing as indicated in Exhibit B, Price Schedule, for NEC equipment and products including peripherals, Licensed Software, and cabling. c. In-house wiring and cabling Services to support move/add/change (“MAC”) work, repairs, and Upgrades in accordance with Client Agency policies. 2. The Contractor may offer promotional Goods and Services during the Term. These promotional Goods and Services must be in effect for a minimum of thirty (30) days and must not include any contingencies, including, but not limited to, automatic price increases. 3. The Contractor shall maintain its existing NEC Private Branch Exchange (“PBX”) products, including end-of-life products and peripherals, as follows: a. Perform Upgrades, b. add additional PBX products as needed, and c. provide Licensed Software and components that are compatible with Client Agency’s existing NEC PBX Products. 4. The Contractor shall Perform in a manner that does not disrupt day-to-day functions of the Client Agency or cause any unauthorized disruptions to existing telecommunications services. 5. The Contractor shall coordinate work efforts with Client Agency’s designated Site contact. 6. The Contractor shall represent Client Agency with the State’s Local Exchange Carriers (“LEC”) to identify and correct problems with the telephone service, including, but not limited to, initiating repair or trouble tickets with carrier, coordinating site meetings, and acting as agency liaison to LEC.
