B. Services • Delivery and Rigging o Delivery to New Canaan High School. o Uncrating and full installation of the new kiln. o Removal and proper disposal of the existing kiln. • Installation Assistance o On-site technician support during installation. o Coordination with school staff to ensure safe installation and startup. • Freight and Logistics o Coordination of freight for the kiln and accessories. o Provide updated freight costs if they vary from initial estimate. C. Additional Requirements • Vendor must coordinate with district facilities staff for site access. • Vendor must comply with all safety and building code requirements. • Vendor must provide warranty information for kiln and accessories. • Vendor must supply product manuals and basic training for staff on kiln use and safety.
