A. Preparation Work a. Mask ceiling and wall mounted devices, lights, alarms and clocks. b. Protect walls, floors and ceilings where necessary from overspray. c. Protect doorways into the classroom and hallway to prevent dust/overspray. d. Protect all equipment permanently mounted in the room. i. Car lifts, compressors, automotive machines e. Clean and prep floor for application of floor coating system according to floor coating system specifications. B. Paint Ceiling a. Materials: PPG 6-725xi Speed Hide Acrylic Dry Fall b. Apply two coats of black paint to all ceiling areas extending down 6 coarse of block on walls to meet drop ceiling in teaching area. (see photo attached.) i. Existing ceiling is coated with Acrylic Dryfall c. Follow all manufacture application guidelines C. Paint walls and room structures a. PPG 16-1510 PPG Pitt-Glaze WB 1 Single component Water Base Epoxy b. Apply two coats of paint to all walls and columns. Color to match the existing newly painted area.
