Firms must be capable of and experienced in performing the following services which are required for this project: 1. Site Analysis: Assess current conditions of each site, viability of adaptive re-use, zoning regulations, environmental conditions, and community needs. 2. Community Engagement: Facilitate workshops and discussions with community stakeholders to gather input and ensure the plan aligns with community desires and needs. Estimated (3) sessions, (2) hours in duration each. 3. Conceptual Design: Propose 3-5 innovative concepts incorporating: - The most efficient and beneficial use of the subject land and buildings. - Re-use feasibility and potential for the Memorial Town Hall, Jeffrey, and Ryerson. - Landscaping and public spaces that promote community interaction. 4. Sustainability Considerations: Incorporate sustainable practices in the planning, including energy-efficient building designs, green spaces, and accessibility. 5. Implementation Strategy: Provide a phased approach for development, including timelines, partnerships, highlevel cost/budgets, and potential funding sources.
