Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. Boat Dock System • Removal and lawful disposal of the existing dock. • Design and installation of a new floating or modular dock system suitable for public recreational and boating use. • Dock to be constructed of corrosion-resistant aluminum or galvanized steel with non-slip decking (composite or PVC). • Dock must include: o A minimum of 62 linear feet of docking space. o Two (2) dedicated 25-foot bays for boats to dock securely. These bays must be clearly defined with appropriate cleats and bumpers. o Marine cleats installed every 10-12 feet. o ADA-compliant gangway/ramp with handrails. o Secure anchoring for fluctuating water levels. o Bumpers, safety railings, and clear signage.
